My name is Enzo González. I'm from Havana, Cuba. I studied fine arts, painting, sculpture at San Alejandro, one of the oldest fine arts academies in the Americas. I've been drawing since I was a little kid.
When I came to the US in 2019 I needed to find a way. I was watching a friend get tattooed one day and I just kept staring at the line. I knew I could do that. I picked up the machine and said there's no way I'm going backwards. Only forward.
That's still how I work.
